The Calicut University B-Zone Badminton Championship 2024-25, hosted by Government Arts and Science College, Kondotty, was held from September 25th to 27th, 2024, at Woodbine Badminton Arena, Malappuram. The tournament witnessed intense competition as top collegiate badminton players from various colleges under Calicut University showcased their talent and dedication.
Team Championship Matches
- First Match – September 25th
Our team secured a victory against TMG College, Tirur, with a score of
15:10, 15:13. - Second Match – September 26th
In the doubles match, our team faced MES Arts and Science College,
Perinthalmanna. Despite a strong start, we narrowly lost with scores of
15:13, 10:15, and 11:15.
Individual Championship Match
On September 26th, in a singles match between KRSNC and IET College,
our player Amith Ragav put up a commendable fight but was defeated with
scores of 12:15 and 13:15.
