A Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was organized on 19th September 2025 at KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, as part of the community outreach initiatives of the NSS Unit (SF033). The camp was conducted in collaboration with Pol-Blood (an initiative of Kerala Police), the Indian Medical Association (IMA – HBS), and the Kerala State Blood Transfusion Council (KSBTC).
The donated blood was contributed to the District Hospital, Perinthalmanna, with the noble objective of supporting patients in need and promoting the value of voluntary blood donation. The program reflected the active participation and social responsibility of the college community. NSS volunteers, faculty members, and students came forward wholeheartedly, making the event a meaningful step toward saving lives and spreading awareness about the importance of regular blood donation.
