❤️ Who Can Donate?
Eligible and healthy individuals who meet the required age, weight, and haemoglobin criteria can participate, subject to final screening by the blood bank.
💧 Before Donation: Stay hydrated, eat a healthy meal, avoid fasting, and wear sleeves that can be rolled up.
🥤 After Donation: Refreshments will be provided. Rest for 20 minutes and avoid heavy lifting or vigorous exercise for the rest of the day.
