In observance of World Mental Health Day
The PG Department of Psychology, KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, is hosting The Insight Rooms: Experiencing Therapy on October 10, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM in the Psychology Classroom.
This interactive session aims to create awareness about mental health and provide participants with an experiential understanding of therapy. Through guided activities and demonstrations, students will gain insights into the therapeutic process and the importance of seeking professional mental health support.
