The Department of Commerce, in association with the Mental Health Club, is organizing a seminar on Emotional Intelligence to create awareness about the importance of understanding and managing emotions in everyday life. The program highlights how emotional intelligence plays a vital role in personal development, academic success, healthy relationships, and effective leadership.
The session will be handled by Ms. Roniya Raphy M, Consultant Psychologist and School Counselor at KV Thrissur. Through practical insights and interactive discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and stress management.
This seminar aims to equip students with essential emotional skills that help them face challenges confidently and build a balanced, emotionally healthy life.
