– Hands-On Training Program

The Department of Geology at KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, is hosting a two-day intensive training program on Land Use and Land Cover (LULC) Mapping using GIS and Remote Sensing tools. This workshop is designed to provide participants with practical, hands-on experience in modern geospatial techniques widely used in environmental studies, planning, and resource management.

The sessions will be led by Ms. Samreena Mohammed, Research Scholar at M.E.S Ponnani College, who brings expertise in geospatial analysis and applied GIS methodologies.
