Understanding Emotion and Managing Stress

The PG Department of Psychology, KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, is organizing a Community Extension Programme titled TeenTalk aimed at supporting the emotional well-being of adolescents.

The session focuses on helping students understand their emotions, cope with stress, and develop healthy communication habits. Through interactive discussions and guided activities, the programme encourages teens to express themselves confidently and build resilience.

Venue: Govt. Higher Secondary School, Mattummal

Conducted in collaboration with Querencia and Govt. Higher Secondary School, the programme reflects the department’s commitment to promoting mental wellness among young learners.
