✨ About the Programme:
The Menstrual Cup Awareness and Distribution Campaign was organised to promote menstrual hygiene, sustainability, and women’s reproductive health awareness among students. The programme focused on breaking myths surrounding menstruation and introducing menstrual cups as a safe, eco-friendly, and cost-effective alternative to conventional sanitary products.

Dr. Rahmath Beegam delivered an informative session addressing common concerns, usage guidelines, health benefits, and misconceptions related to menstrual cups. The interactive talk encouraged participants to adopt healthier and sustainable menstrual practices.
