The NSS Orientation and Team Building Program is designed to welcome and prepare first-year NSS volunteers for their journey of service and leadership. Organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit No. SF033 of KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, the program focuses on building teamwork, leadership skills, and a strong sense of social responsibility among volunteers.

The session will be led by Siyad PK, former NSS Programme Officer and an experienced team-building and leadership trainer. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, participants will gain insights into the values, objectives, and functioning of NSS while strengthening collaboration and communication skills.
