Program Title: Be the Mirror
Organized by: PG Department of Psychology, KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery

The PG Department of Psychology of KR’s Sree Narayana College, Valanchery, organized an insightful program titled “Be the Mirror”, aimed at fostering self-reflection, empathy, and emotional awareness among students.

The session was handled by Ms. Rathi V.K., Consultant Psychologist and Family Counsellor at Ayurgreen Ayurveda Hospital, Edappal. Drawing from her extensive professional experience, Ms. Rathi engaged participants in thought-provoking discussions and interactive activities designed to help them understand themselves better and develop a deeper sense of empathy towards others.

Through practical exercises and relatable examples, the program encouraged students to view themselves as “mirrors” reflecting kindness, understanding, and respect in their interactions. The event created a safe and supportive atmosphere for open dialogue, enabling participants to explore personal growth and emotional intelligence in a meaningful way.

The session received enthusiastic participation and positive feedback, leaving students inspired to carry forward the values of self-awareness and compassion in their daily lives.
