As part of PTSD Awareness Day, the PG Department of Psychology organized a Just A Minute (JAM) presentation on June 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The event took place in Room No. 307 and was presented by the second-year PG students from the department. The purpose of the program was to enhance awareness about Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), its symptoms, impact, and management among students.
The program commenced with a welcome speech by Ms. Neeraja Krishna, the esteemed Head of the Department of Psychology. She warmly greeted all the participants and highlighted the importance of PTSD Awareness Day. She emphasized the need for increased awareness and understanding of PTSD, particularly among young psychology students who will potentially work with individuals affected by this condition.
